Pet Pawtrait HK will start working on your order once you provide the photo(s) with us. We targets to complete your order within 4 weeks. This is, however, not guaranteed, depending on circumstances at the time. If Sarah is unable to complete the order within 4 weeks, you will be updated with an expected completion date.

If a completion date has been agreed in respect of birthdays, anniversaries, etc., Pet Pawtrait HK will complete the commission by the agreed date. If Sarah is unable to perform that due to circumstances beyond her control, you will be offered another completion date or the opportunity to cancel the order with no refund of the deposit will be given. 

A completed pet portrait will be dispatched via a recognized courier and the postage will NOT include any insurance. Pet Pawtrait HK will notify you by e-mail and/or telephone when the pet portrait is dispatched.

No contract exists between you and Pet Pawtrait HK until the required payment is received. All contracts or agreements between you and Pet Pawtrait HK will be governed in all respects by Basic law.
 
Pet Pawtrait HK promises to use the best quality of art papers and materials with Sarah's experience in the art industry.

All personal information supplied by you will be treated as confidential and will be stored securely in accordance with Data Protection legislation. We will not sell, supply, or otherwise distribute your personal information to anyone else unless we are required to do so by law or for the purposes of a police investigation.

Pet Pawtrait HK retains full copyright of Sarah's work. All artworks of Pet Pawtrait HK must not be copied or reproduced in any manner without her express, written permission.

Pet Pawtrait HK accepts commissions on the understanding that they are for private, NON COMMERCIAL use. For any breach of this, Pet Pawtrait HK reserves the right to additionally invoice you for the work based on her commercial fee rate.

Pet Pawtrait HK reserves the right to use images of pet portraits in publicity materials including internet sites, Facebook pages, etc. If you prefer to not have your pet portrait image used in this way, please inform Pet Pawtrait HK and your request will be respected.
